Call the number.
Based on my experiences with a White Screen of Death suffering 770, my guess is that they no longer stock or manufacture parts for the 770 anymore. My status was (and according to the repair site, still is) "waiting for replacement device". If you call the number given, you'll likely will get sent a form to trade up to a N800 for a replacement of the 770.
