You don't explain if your problem is with ITVC or with the plugin. If the problem is with ITVC, please describe in detail what the problem is and what the symptoms are. Generally, any vide you can play in Windows Media Player, ITVC can convert just fine.

If your problem is with the plugin, please contact the author of the plugin.
