Just going by my site, 20% of my visiters have older than Flash 9.0.115. Anyone that develops a site requiring more the oldest version of 9 are doing a dis-service to their viewers. As a professional I can tell you we're always interested in the bleeding edge but refrain from using it until virtually every visiter has it installed. I also wouldn't be surprised if the N8x0s version of Flash would work anyway and the demand for 9.0.115 wasn't necessary.
