It should become "available" once the UPnP server is discovered. It's important that the server did not change its UUID inbetween. The UUID is a globally unique identifier identifying the server and should not change. However, some UPnP servers generate a new UUID each time they start.

By the way, revision 592 is available with some bugfixes.
