To be honest - "Mobile Internet Communicator" sounds a bit clunky to me. It does describe the functionality, but it doesn't stick in a consumers head I think...too long, and somehow a bit too generic imho, especially next to Intel's MID moniker.

I think "Netpad" is really nice - catchy & it gives you an idea of what the device does.

EDIT: then again, "pad" might not be ideal for different form-factors...

I think the slate formfactor of the 770/N800 and the slide-out form-factor of the N810 count as different...
