Believe you need to enable the extras repository which should be an available repository in the list, just enable it? (Catalogs of application manager)

Enable maemo Extras http://wiki.maemo.org/Extras

Once extras is enabled you should be able to see the program you wish to install in the list.

By the way when you look at http://eko.one.pl/maemo you get following clue

Eko1 repo was shut down, due to request of maemo.org's webmaster. (https://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Reducing...l_repositories) Use Extras from maemo repo.
