Those of you who are using maemocjk to input Chinese, Japanese or Korean, have you noticed everytime you start the first apps that require input, it takes extra 3-4 seconds to start up? If you leave this app running, then you will not see this time-lag when you open next app. But if you close all apps, then you will see this time lag again when you open an app.

Somehow I just discovered it today.

Workaround: keep an app always open -- I recommend a small home applet like the yellownotes (a simple post-it app that stays on your home screen). This way, you won't see any time lag anymore when you open any app.
