Hi Graham, with the versions numbers that I initially quoted everything actually worked fine together with no problems. However the update to 2.8+Maemo+svn+20081212-2 failed for all of the PIM apps on account of the appropriate version of Summary not being present. The update of File Manager worked though.

I just wanted to get my GPE Summary version of 2.8+Maemo+svn+20080722-4 in line with the other GPE apps.

I figure that if they are all lined up with the same version then the next update should be seamless. That was the reasoning behind what I did.
