Thanks for the reply. I've resorted to using an external bluetooth GPS for now. Seems like a waste, but then again, most of the time I do get quicker locks . I'll stick with this until I get tired of carrying around the bluetooth GPS. At that point I'll probably revive this thread again & complain about it some more .
