I have an N800 and N810, both used heavily without a single hardware issue. As much as people seem to dump on Nokia I must say that the N800 is one of the most solidly built touchscreen devices I have ever used. I have NEVER had to recalibrate the touchscreen and all the moving parts and buttons are in like new condition after 2 years. Amazing!
