Okay, I downloaded and installed "sudser".

I entered "cat /var/log/gps-clockd.log" and got a message saying gps daemon started; then i entered "alias fix='cat /var/log/gps-clockd.log |grep fix'" in the nano thingy and saved it as .profile. (I edited it twice to make sure it was correct because I got a message saying "|" couldn't be read or wasn't allowed?

Then I entered -
cd /usr/bin
sudo nano

The nano thing came up again and entered -
cd /var/lib/gps"
rm nvd_data
rm gps_last_saved_report
sudo shutdown now
Saved that as "fixgps"

Then, I tried to enter "fixgps" but it said something permission denied. Then I tried rewriting the "cat var..." again and this time, when I tried saving it as .profile, it said permission denied again, WTF?
