Same here, the install executable is version 11.50.0.42618 and size 3,481KB (actual file size is 3,564,042 bytes). After I uninstalled the original install wizard (same version by the way), I downloaded a fresh copy from Nokia and I get the same results with both.

When I attempt to run the wizard and then go to add-remove programs, under Nokia connectivity cable driver, it does not appear to have ever been used (it says used rarely), while the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard says that it is used frequently. So either the wizard does not need the cable driver or it is having a problem getting to the driver??? I had removed both the cable driver and the wizard prior to installing a fresh copy. The wizard installation put both back on the machine.

Does your machine say that the cable driver was used?
