When you say WEP enabled, I assume it's a router issue.
What kind of router are you using?
Different routers have different keys assigned to it, depending what you put as your routers initial password, it generates a key to allow access, usually WEP.
I'm not sure how you can find out your routers address, I'm not even sure if its the same one, but I go to 192.168.1.1; it should ask for a login username and password. You should refer to the manual for your router. Hope this helps.
