As long as you re-encode the videos, or use videos encoded for the PSP already, you'll be fine with movies. However, if you're not wanting to reencode videos, you may be disappointed by the N8x0's video playback capability. There are threads discussing the optimal video format for the N8x0 devices on these forums.
