1st of all, sorry you haven't had a pleasent experience so far. secondly... has anyone asked what windows were open or what connection was used? i have pidgin, rss reader, gmail, and itt forums open... and i can load either of my windows in about 10 seconds, sometimes far less. i can open an email one gmail is already up, in about 3 seconds. i have zero ad ons, pop-up blockers or whatever installed and have not increased my cache. admittedly, youtube is a little laggy but browsing search results is a breeze. The videos just take alitte longer. i find that if you zoom out and dont scroll around maniacly, they load about as fast as my desktop... fb chat can be a little sketchy but there are programs for it, and youtube. the scroll bar and interface part just take getting used to... if someone wasnt complaining about the scrollbar, they'd be complaining that it took up to much space. nokia made everything smaler so we could have more room for content. i just keep 2-3 windows open and it loads fine- i dont mean this next part in a mean way, but did you look at the specs before buying it? btw those 10 second or so speeds are with less than a 50% connection... it seems like lighting compared to the psp :P
