I asked the people at Navicore that same question and actually got two (very quick) replies that sort of contradict... Btw the prices of the current software only suites of Navicore Personal 2007 on the Navicore webstore make Nokia's offer better looking I guess (or is equally worse ;-) depending on your view); pricing for limited maps on various mobile phones starts at approx EUR 149 (including VAT).
