I've heard of Skype working as low as 24k, but not heard anything lower like the 19.2k of Boost. Can anyone try VIOP on it for me and see if it works before I go out and buy a Boost account? Thanks.
or would calling a Dial up ISP be faster? There's a free Dial up ISP that came with my broadband account.
