You are only able to have Navicore Personal activated on one device at any given time. There is a limit (not specified) on the number of devices which can be activated (serially) within one month.

Activiation is easy, it took a few seconds once the activation number was entered on the device.

In my opinion it is an acceptable solution, since you are able to move it relatively easy between devices, only restriction seems to be the (unknown) number of devices within the last month. If you constantly reinstall your device, this might or might not count as a deactivation followed by an activiation.
