That is a very good article.

And now, thanks to qgil and asiego, I now know the secret of getting new people involved in a project:

The goal is to get people into the shallow end of the pool munching on appetizers as quickly as possible.
I really liked this quote:

This is why not being the best at everything all the time in your little circle of friends and workmates is actually a sign of success. Those people will make your project better than you ever could.
