Apparently the problem is not completely fixed. While it did not reset after my little spill last night, I turned it on today and connected to (as it turns out really crappy) wireless network from which I was unable to get out, I opened the application manager. I opened the App manager, which loaded slowly, and tapped "show installed applications." At this point, I got the Nokia splash screen.

In fact, I had the app manager open as I was typing this, with the device sitting flat on my desk. It sat open for about 2 minutes, then reset. Note that I also have the screen set to lock the keys and screen after two minutes and it had timed out.

My main concern is that this is indicative of a problem with the device itself. I want to rule that out before I run out of the 14 day RMA period (which is currently down to 11). Does this appear to be a problem with the device or perhaps a bum app that could be the problem? Should I try to reflash and start over? I haven't got a lot of stuff on here yet, so that is an option. I just want the opinions of those that have had theirs for longer than I.

thanks,
