You could select the stereo mix on your soundcard as an input using your mixer settings, and then stream the audio using VLC or the like over wireless.
I've done something similar to what you want to do, but with the video switched. I wanted to watch something on TV with the audio on my N800 (my wife was doing homework), so I connected the TV Audio Out to Line In on my computer and streamed the audio.
