YouTube videos are delivered via progressive download, so your bandwidth simply determines how long you wait, not whether you can see it at all. Moving beyond that bit of pedantism, a Bluetooth connection should be fine. In most cases, it's the Internet connection of the Bluetooth device to which your tablet tethers that determines load times, not the Bluetooth connection between the devices.
YouTube video playback can be disappointing* within the web browser. There are a small assortment of programs available for the tablets though that download and play YouTube videos outside the browser. These are said to improve playback significantly.
