As for SVN... I really wish Garage would use GIT as its preferred software version control system. I've used CVS for many years, and SVN is a lot like it. But GIT is just incredibly much more flexible. I use it for everything, and getting something wiped out from e.g. my laptop is not a problem, as I just keep cloning/pulling the repo to all my other computers all the time.. great for portability checks too.
