That plays a lot of video podcast videos poorly and has a poor GPS?

The N8xx are nice devices but far from perfect. No one device is perfect, they all have areas they excel in, the iPhone and Touch are no different. All comes down to how you want to use it. For the typical not super techy user, I think the N8xx is a bit too much to take on, it requires tweaking to get workign right IMHO. The iPhone ofers out of the box ease of use for most, and the cost of flexibility. Its biggest weakness in my view is the lack of multitasking.
