keep wifi out? meh. my first suggestion is to get a wifi usb dongle for the desktop and set up connection sharing

beyond that, i dont think one can use bluetooth on the tablet for what your asking, at least not out of the box. though i think i spotted something in app manager that may allow it, but i have not tested it...
