I sent mine in for repair

12/01/2006 Received (9:00AM I might add)


So thats 13 days today, with no update. I used the nokia repair status page once I confirmed with UPS that it was delivered. It showed not recieved as of 12/2. I contacted them through email and they said to go check the website, which was now showing it was recieved. Tuesday 12/5 they apparently finally opened my box. I contacted them in email again on 12/11 to see if I could get another update. I was basically told they are working hard and they try to have repairs done in a timely manner blah blah blah. Which means I have better things to do than look into your repair status.


What I am trying to say is, I am hoping I will get mine by Christmas, I think you don't have a chance in hell in getting it back this year.

I hope they send me it back soon, I am dying without it.
