Isn't compressed voice something like 1/7 to 1/10 the size of a mono, 1 byte 8k sample rate? Let's say 20kbps full duplex. Am I close? If so, that seems to leave plenty of room for some obscured, robust subterfuge. And really, how much longer can they get away with there data/voice/sms ruse? Here, say it with me, "analog exists for less than an inch." Sh*t, we might actually be able to have this conversation with the current White House. Remember, there used to be an East Germany.
