That is a bit weird. But I guess since the 770 was not marketed or sold directly in Canada, they did not include many cities here ... just the important ones ;]

I would be a bit hesitant about manually adding a new city just for cosmetic reasons but if you really want to then that info is likely culled from the timezone list.
