I took a look around and it looks like the info that you seek is in /usr/share/osso-clock/wdb-parsed.txt
Looks like a pretty simple enough format with those two numbers near the end of each line maybe corresponding to x and y pixel count of the city location on the clock map ... not sure though.

Be forewarned though, changing this file may crash your clock applet, which will cause your desktop to crash, which may give you the white screen of death which will lead to all sorts of workarounds and reflashing to get your 770 back to square one. Or you might get lucky. It is my impression that the 770 designers didn't spend an excessive amount of time bullet-proofing the apps against user hackery and they may die in unexpected ways.
