Live USB distros are already the same Idea, except that you necessary need a computer atached to them for them to make sense. I'm talking about a totally portable live distro than can be run without any computer atached to them, because they happen to be a computer with a minimal but susable keyboard, screen, mouse (touchpad) and comunications.
