The good: Quite snappy and lasts pretty long (not ARM long, but hey, it's still only an Atom).

The bad: Apparently no SD slot or mic in, mechanical harddrive. Regular windows is a bit tricky without mouse + kbd, but, who in his right mind would use windows XP on his MID, right ?

The ugly: Will cost around 700 euros (ouch, not sure if it's the price for the 3G version or not), almost twice as thick and twice as heavy as your trusty N810 (you better double stitch that pocket )
