I'm a "keep-it-simple-and-low-maintenance" person. How about:
  • Help and troubleshooting
  • Buy and sell
  • On-topic discussions (Nokia tablets, Maemo OS, Maemo apps)
  • Off-topic discussions (competitors, rants, chit-chat)
Anything more complicated risks causing stress when people post in the "wrong" place.
