Now, I know what it's, and from the quick search for it in the forums, I think I should wait for them to fix it, rather than having them give me a replacement(hopefully they know how to permanently fix it), but I would be pissed if I have to wait a whole month and a half and then they tell me there is no replacement part, and they ship me another defective one. An to answer your question weave, no I have it reboot for at least 20-30 times b4 it break. I don't think I have ever put the power cord into the wrong place. Anyway, I think I should shoot them the e-mail again to ask if they are aware that this serious problem is quite common, and whether they have a permanant fix for it.
