The levels on another board I frequent were based on humorous versions of winds. They were:

Fresh Breeze 0
Familiar Wind 100
Constant Storm 500
Stale Wind 1000
Historic Gale 2000
Crusty Puff 3000
Omnipotent Gust 4000
Wild Windshear 5000
Jehovah's Exhalation 6000
Unceasing Huff-n-Puff 7000
Old Fart 8000
Wafting Whiff 9000
Tiny Typhoon 10000+
