Nah, you should be alright, the package uses the same version number as the diablo one (couldn't be bothered to do a dch -i ). Only downside is that an apt-get upgrade will download the same version of hildon-desktop from the repos and reinstall the nokia stock version without the applet locking and the pressure sensitive applications button.
