"The change is a new name and a new theme. So, same management, same servers, same menu. New paint, new tablecloths, new neon out front. No dismantling."

It's like Windows XP and then Vista. People are going to show up for the old operating system and told to go to the new operating system. They are then going to decide whether they LIKE the new operating system. Some will decide not to move on or to go elsewhere. This does not necessarily benefit the company or community making the change.
