Will this only be for providing support for unofficial languages, or can improvements be offered for official localizations? Nokia's English strings are usually a bit . . . weak (and occasionally offensive—see the "You loose!" debacle). It'd be nice if we could get ahold of the strings early enough before a release to help improve them (since poor strings tend to say a lot about a platform).
