Not a feed, but you can subscribe to extras-cauldron-builds for that will email you on a packages' status that had been sent to extras-devel.

Downsides:

• You'll get mails for the packages that failed too
• It will send you both chinook and diablo, if the uploader chose to upload to both, emails.
• I imagine that your Inbox would get cluttered pretty quickly.
