ARM based phones (even if they lose their voice/messaging capability, and only retain the WWAN access)? I think the xda hackers might be a useful resource there.

ARM based PDA's, MIDs, and Netbooks? (the Touch Book?)
Get a device to the developers and, assuming it's open enough/runs Linux, it's pretty likely they'll get Mer running on it :-)
