That wouldn't be easy, nor would the interface be optimized for the Hildon UI.

From Debian the dependancies are:
http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/hydrogen

It does run on armel though. It requires Qt3. Not sure if its ported to Qt4. Maybe on Easy Debian with Squeeze/Testing it'd work. I couldn't find Ubuntu Jaunty ARM packages but maybe I didn't search well enough.
