Those links worked for me, as long as I replaced the %d's and/or %s's with actual data. Examples:

http://kh0.google.com/kh?n=404&v=13&t=tq
(note: please don't use these URLs in Maemo Mapper - they will not work, because they are concrete instances of maps, not the generic "URL Format" that you enter into Maemo Mapper's settings.)

They also work with the "artificially inflated" version numbers (e.g. v=w2.9999 and v=99, respectively).
