It is not clear to me how you move/transfer/delete your bookmarks.


Did you go to the browser, and then "Navigation->Bookmarks"?

Then from "Bookmarks->My bookmarks" window, after select a bookmark did you go to "Bookmark ->Delete" ?

It works for me to delete a bookmark that way. If you have problems of deleting by doing that I think maybe the file has become "read only" due to memory corruption on the partition. The bookmark file is /home/user/.bookmarks/MyBookmarks.xml

If you have a xterm terminal then open it and try to remove the file by typing

rm .bookmarks/MyBook*

to delete all bookmarks.
