I recommend http://www.fourmilab.ch/anagram/ because I've used it before and it has the options I required. Unfortunately I don't have SDK installed so I cannot compile it for you. But I know it is portable.

You could also run it on a Linux or Windows server and SSH to that computer then let that computer do the tough work.

You might get false positives though because small words ('esoteric') are also included. This anagram finder finds all anagrams based on specified dictionary and certain boolean flags you can opt for. No way an average brain can find/solve anagrams as fast as this program.

There is also an and wordplay. Maybe you can grab these from some old Debian/ARM(el) version. Not sure.
