Weird.
Same problem here. I tried it both on MicroB with an iPhone and an Android useragent, and both "popped up" to the top of the page whenever I tried to scroll down (and Tear too).

Further testing: I tried it in a Mac on Omniweb 5.9.2, which uses Webkit too (like Tear), and has built-in (customizable for each page) browser spoofing, and the behavior using an iPhone useragent is the same as the tablet.

I also tried it using Safari 3.2.1 on the Mac, set to appear as an iPhone as well, and on Safari (and only Safari, among the browers I tried) the page works perfectly.

If it could be made to work with Tear or Microb, though, that would be wonderful.
