You don't actually need a headset really, you can just use standard 3.5mm headphones and talk into the tablet's own built-in microphone. The mic is quite sensitive, you don't have to be near it for people to hear you.

3.5mm is by far the most common headphone standard, so you should be able to find some very high quality headphones which will work with the tablet.
