Do the following command(this is one line command):
sudo apt-get remove scratchbox-core scratchbox-devkit-cputransp scratchbox-devkit-debian scratchbox-devkit-doctools scratchbox-devkit-maemo3 scratchbox-devkit-perl

Then run the scratchbox script: sudo ./maemo-scratchbox-install_4.1.2.sh
