EL_EASY: You are right and you are wrong. You are right, the new version of Tear looks exactly the same as the old version, because the -1 and -2 do not show in the Application Manager, They both show as 0.3.1, so the App Manager says you have an update for Tear, from 0.3.1 to the new and improved 0.3.1 version.

You are wrong that it says 0.3.1-1 instead of 0.3.1-2, because it doesn't show that last (package) number.

So you may have the new version already. I don't know how you would be able to tell.
