yES!!!!!!!!! recloning os worked . now to see if the swap partition will work in the cloned os.


EDIT* wtf.... swap partition worked without having to put the swapon command back into that file. is it because i cloned the os after i made the swap?


Anyways its all running perfectly. swap is working and cloned os booting fine. Thank you so much for all ur help
