I don't know if you guys have heard of Skyfire (probably, since most of the people in this forum are technology-oriented, most of you have).

If you haven't, Skyfire is a browser that runs on Windows Mobile, Symbian, & Blackberrys (soon -- a version for them in in the works).

The best part about Skyfire is that it allows flash, etc. to be viewed on mobile devices by first converting them to a Skyfire based format (meaning flash does not have to be installed to view a flash video, etc.).

Since Nokia shows no indication of updating the flash version for the internet tablet family (and since the organization behind the Skyfire browser seems like it has the server capacity to serve up the mobile-optimized webpages), I would really like to see a version of Skyfire for linux/the tablets.

What do you guys think? Is it possible? I emailed the people behind Skyfire with a request, so we'll see what happens (I'm not anticipating that much will happen, I'm afraid ).
