Well I don't know about waterproof.... But they are milk proof!

The day after I bought my N810 I spilt an entire cup of milk over it... the it was swimming in milk!! The poor screen and the keyboard were compliantly drowned!

But it suffered no ill effects from it and works fine Can't say the same for the chair it was sitting on though......
